What these terms cover
This website, and the email notices ZIFFER sends. They are not a service agreement. A customer’s use of ZIFFER is covered by the contract that customer signed with us, and where the two differ, that contract is the one that applies.
Using this site
Read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Do not try to break into it, do not load it in a way that degrades it for other readers, and do not use it to break the law or to suggest that ZIFFER endorses you.
The content
Everything here is provided as is. It describes a product that changes, so a page can be out of date the day after it is written. Figures cite their source where they appear. Nothing here is a warranty and nothing here is advice to act on without checking it against your own situation. As far as the law allows, ZIFFER is not liable for what you do with it.
The name
ZIFFER is a registered trademark of code75 SASU. The specification ZIFFER implements is open and you may build on it. The name is not: do not use it for your own product, service or domain, and do not use it in a way that suggests we built or approved something we did not.
The email notices
A notice goes only to a person whose organisation enrolled them as an approver in a policy it signed. Each notice is transactional: it asks you to approve or refuse one action an AI agent proposed, or it tells you the outcome. We send no marketing to those addresses and we do not pass them to anyone else.
You can reply to a notice and a person will read it. To stop receiving notices, ask your organisation to remove you from its policy; we cannot edit a customer’s policy. Privacy says what we hold and for how long.

Changes
We change these terms when the product or the law changes. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and using the site after that date is acceptance of the version you are reading.
Law and courts
French law governs these terms and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
